We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $100. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. You will love your stay in this beautiful home! Our entire family was very comfortable here. There was plenty of space for us all. The beds were all comfortable and the AC worked very well. The kitchen has everything you could need and then some! There is a breezeway just outside the back door which has some nice outdoor furniture if you like to eat outside. There is a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom. The community has a beautiful nature walk out to the bay as well as pools, tennis courts and a game room. The home is located a quick dirve to Assateague Seashore for a beach day. We booked with Kelly and she took good care of us during our stay. We plan to return!

Our family had a wonderful time. The rental had plenty of seating and eating utensils. Beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool even on 2nd and third floor. Parking was not the greatest. With 4 vehicle's it seemed like someone had to move cars .. Kelly was great communicating me. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

House was both clean and spacious with more than enough room for my entire group to spread out comfortably. Kitchen was especially nice with new appliances and lots of room for cooking family dinners. Ocean city and Assateague islands beaches are both an easy drive from the house. The neighborhood itself was very nice too.

The house was more than what you could ask for. It included everything for a group of people to stay at for multiple days, including appliances for whenever you wanted to make food and a laundry machine to wash your clothes, allowing for an extended stay if needed. The location was also very good in that is was close to the dock, the pool, and the other recreational activity areas such as the basketball court at the same time. With the many rooms and tv’s around the house, a day at the house gives you no less satisfaction than if you were outside.
