Inside, you’ll find a spacious one-bedroom retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The living area is tastefully furnished, providing a welcoming space to unwind with loved ones or enjoy a quiet evening.
The condo offers practical amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and convenient parking. Northside Park is just a short walk away, offering acres of green space, walking paths, and family-friendly activities.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $25 linen drop-off service, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Great quiet location. There was a peaceful boat dock at the back of the property that was nice to walk on at night. The decor was really nice. Kitchen was great for food prep.All in all it was a great stay and the price was fair.

We had a great stay at the condo in Ocean City, MD! Everything was perfect—no complaints at all. The location was peaceful and quiet, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Linens weren’t supplied, but ordering them through their linen service was super easy and convenient. Kelly was awesome—super helpful and made everything smooth from start to finish. We would definitely come back again!

We truly appreciate Kelly for letting us stay at her beautiful home in Ocean City. Everything matched the description and photos perfectly, and the place exceeded our expectations. Kelly was proactive and communicative throughout our entire stay—she provided all the details we needed for check-in and check-out and made sure we had her contact info in case any questions came up. The location was excellent—within walking distance of great restaurants, Northside Park, and the beach. There was always something to do, yet the house also served as the perfect escape when it was time to unwind. The peaceful bay view at night made relaxing even better. This was our second year staying at this apartment in Ocean City, Maryland, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! The apartment was super clean, nicely decorated, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t be better—right across the street from the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. One of our favorite parts is the family-friendly pool right next door! There is also a back deck that overlooks the bay. We’re so glad we returned this year, and it’s definitely become one of our favorite spots. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located stay in Ocean City!

This condo was beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. A quick walk over the dunes and you were on the beach. The view from the balcony was terrific and the lounge area on the deck was perfect. I would definitely book this condo again.

What a great stay we had this past weekend, our rental was a newly renovated unit with a great wine thyme, cute, cozy in a great area. The location was prime for us with water front view. This unit has a dedicated parking spot with private outdoor deck looking out at the water front. The area is very safe and secure and we felt at home. I would give this unit a great 5 star rating and we look forward to renting this unit again very soon. We are very pleased with the service we get from Sheppard Realty and they are our go to realty for every rental we use in Ocean City Maryland.
