Welcome to your perfect North Ocean City retreat at “Raffles,” a recently updated two-story condo with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, offering comfort and a prime location. Just a short walk to both the bay and beach, this condo is directly across from Northside Park, making it ideal for sunset walks. The first-floor open layout features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa. Step outside to the east-facing deck to enjoy Ocean City’s sunrise and take advantage of the community pool.
Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to the full bath and bedroom with two queen beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The property backs to Northside Park, giving you access to a fishing pier, walking paths, and playgrounds. Enjoy free family events all summer, including concerts, movies, and fireworks.
“Raffles” also offers outdoor pool access, two Smart Streaming TVs, FREE WiFi, and a washer & dryer. Enhance your beach experience with provided beach chairs and an umbrella. This third-floor walk-up is the perfect spot for your North Ocean City getaway.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Kelly's place was great and she was a wonderful host! Perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and a beautiful park right behind the condo. The pool was clean and very relaxing. Great location, apartment was well kept and accurate as per listing. My husband and I shared the pull out which was a too hard for us but brought an air mattress which fit in the living room. Bedroom was great for our 3 kids. Outside of building/hallways are a bit on the older side. Overall it was pretty quiet and residents were respectful.

This was an amazing stay for our family vacation. It was close to the beach and had a nice pool that my son loved. There wasn’t a lot of kitchen utensils like larger spoons or spatulas for our morning pancakes but other than that it was a great stay!!!!!

The property was very well maintained and super clean. The host left goodies for us and an information binder. Everything is as pictured. Please note that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. If you’re bringing things you will have to go up and down the steps. You will also have to go up the spiral steps to enter the bathroom and bedroom. There was plenty of parking available. The ac unit worked okay, I prefer it colder not sure if I was setting the temp correctly. Also, the beds are super super firm, if you like more comfort I suggest you bring a memory foam. I found that the bed next to the window was a bit softer than the other one. Overall the property is very nice. The host communication was on point. I recommend. Thanks.
