Whether you’re here for a relaxing escape or an action-packed adventure, this bayside condo is the perfect base for your Ocean City vacation.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

While things got off to a little bit of a bumpy start given the unit had just been acquired by a new owner and we had booked under the previous owner, the Sheppard Realty Team did everything they could to resolve any uncertainty and provide us a great stay. They reached out quickly to make sure we knew everything was still in order. They were very communicative to make sure that we got in okay and had everything that we needed and were also quick to ensure they got the internet and TV turned back on. In terms of the property, it\'s really in a great location. Bayside means it\'s a little bit quieter, set back from things. Property is pet friendly and the community has some grass so it\'s not an inconvenience to take your pup out. The unit is newly rennovated, very clean and well maintained and the property is also clean and well maintained. You\'re also maybe a little more than a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk with a number of good restaurants close by. Really an optimum location. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Their team was great to work with and very communicative. Made sure everything went well for us. Location is awesome and will definitely be under consideration for our next trip out to OCMD.
