The place is spacious and sleeps up to 6 people. It is filled with luxury amenities including a 65” smart TV with surround system in the living room, smart TV in bedroom, Ice making fridge, Dual coffee maker, air fryer, blender, kitchen bar, additional bar set up for more sitting/dining space, King Bed, Queen size bed, and Queen sofa sleeper, with plenty of comfort and great lighting. Don’t forget about the amazing outdoor deck with partial ocean view filled with beautiful super comfortable furniture where you can just sit, sunbathe and enjoy the ocean breeze. We are located in North Ocean City on beach block with 1 min walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to Northside Park across coastal highway, Starbucks, Chipotle, Green turtle and Food Lion. There are many other bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance where you will have so many to choose from. You can’t go wrong here, come and get cozy at the beach with no hassle! Guests will have their own designated parking spot in case you need it, otherwise there is plenty of extra parking in the front of the building as parking is on both sides of the street which is rare for Ocean City.

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your unit in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.
* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the unit to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points.
* Plenty of walkable restaurants including the famous Crab Cake Factory
*Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.

A complimentary welcome beach bag will be in your unit with a local map to get around town as well as coupons to local restaurants and attractions in town. We also include drink cozies to keep your drinks cold on the beach!
This unit also will have a starting supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! This will get you started but additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.

Everything was great. Had a minor issue with Wi-Fi but Kelly quickly replied and the issue was resolved (just needed reset). Very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location. Excellent host!

This condo is in such a great location. It’s right next to the beach and some great places to eat, all within walking distance! The owner communicates great, and she even starts off your stay with a little goodie bucket. The condo has great kitchen appliances and there is a tv in both the living area and the bedroom. My favorite thing about the condo was being able to walk out to the beach and come back for a quick snack or break. It was overall a wonderful experience.

While we only had a 2 night stay, it was VERY clean and located close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the large TV in the front room where they slept. Even though there was an assigned parking spot, we were able to find parking in front many times as well. Because we were only staying a few nights, we didn't plan to use the kitchen much, but if we did it was very well-stocked with dishes and cups and appliances and pots and pans that would have helped us prepare any meal. We hope to come back and visit for a much longer stay.

Kelly’s place was perfect for us ! We had a decent sized group & there was room for everyone to sleep. Being so close to the water was super convenient especially with the little ones. The area of the beach isn’t super busy either & the boardwalk is just a short drive. We would stay again!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend in OC. The beach is steps away from the condo which made it easy to go back and forth as needed. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything that you could need. Kelly and her staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They returned communications quickly and were able to answer any questions. We enjoyed the Starbucks being a short walk away and also loved going to North Side park each morning to take a walk and enjoy the views. The location is great and in walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants.
