Everything was great. Had a minor issue with Wi-Fi but Kelly quickly replied and the issue was resolved (just needed reset). Very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location. Excellent host!

This condo is in such a great location. It’s right next to the beach and some great places to eat, all within walking distance! The owner communicates great, and she even starts off your stay with a little goodie bucket. The condo has great kitchen appliances and there is a tv in both the living area and the bedroom. My favorite thing about the condo was being able to walk out to the beach and come back for a quick snack or break. It was overall a wonderful experience.

While we only had a 2 night stay, it was VERY clean and located close to the beach. The kids enjoyed the large TV in the front room where they slept. Even though there was an assigned parking spot, we were able to find parking in front many times as well. Because we were only staying a few nights, we didn't plan to use the kitchen much, but if we did it was very well-stocked with dishes and cups and appliances and pots and pans that would have helped us prepare any meal. We hope to come back and visit for a much longer stay.

Kelly’s place was perfect for us ! We had a decent sized group & there was room for everyone to sleep. Being so close to the water was super convenient especially with the little ones. The area of the beach isn’t super busy either & the boardwalk is just a short drive. We would stay again!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend in OC. The beach is steps away from the condo which made it easy to go back and forth as needed. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with anything that you could need. Kelly and her staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They returned communications quickly and were able to answer any questions. We enjoyed the Starbucks being a short walk away and also loved going to North Side park each morning to take a walk and enjoy the views. The location is great and in walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants.
