As you step into the house, you'll enter a private foyer area that provides another gathering area in the house. Walk through the modern kitchen to see the two-story dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals for your group. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating and large windows that showcase breathtaking views of the water. Step outside onto the spacious deck and take in the panoramic views of the waterfront. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail while grilling your dinner, this outdoor space is a perfect place to unwind.
Each of the five bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. The large first floor master bedroom and ensuite full bath provides a great retreat with a sofa and a television for those times you want to get away from the crowd. Plush bedding ensure a restful night's sleep, while the tasteful decor adds a touch of coastal charm. The three well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary fixtures and provide convenience for all guests.
The waterfront location provides a dock (you can dock a boat here) and a boatlift (outfitted for a pontoon boat) and allows for easy access to water activities, and you may even catch a glimpse of local wildlife. Two single kayaks and a double kayak can be used to explore the canals and the St. Martin River. And the screened in porch has an inviting hot tub for your relaxation after a long day.
Located in the charming community of Ocean Pines, you'll enjoy a peaceful and private setting while still being just a short 10-minute drive from the vibrant beaches of Ocean City. Explore the sandy shores, indulge in delicious seafood at nearby restaurants, or take advantage of the community amenities, such as swimming pools, playgrounds, parks, golf courses, and walking trails.

Things to know:
Ocean Pines has 5 community pools and the fee is $10 ($6 for children) when you tell them you are staying in Ocean Pines.
The Ocean Pines Yacht Club restaurant is open to the public and has live music on the waterfront patio Thursday-Sunday starting at 6pm during the season.
Parking Notes: There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the court.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $100. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

The home was comfortably furnished, clean and well stocked with all necessary amenities. Having a boat dock on the canal was a game-changer—we enjoyed daily boat rides and easy access to the beach. We used the kayaks several times and had fun catching crabs off of the dock. There is both a traditional coffee machine and a Keurig. The garage is not accessible to renters. We had planned to store our bikes inside, but they were safely secured outside with a bike chain. The Ocean Pines location was great, offering both tranquility and convenience with nearby shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.
