The open-plan dining and living areas boast large windows that offer stunning water views. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can sip morning coffee, grill dinner, or enjoy sunset cocktails while taking in the breathtaking waterfront scenery.
The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a king bed, a full-size pull-out sofa, and a smart TV, plus an ensuite bath for added privacy. Upstairs, the remaining four bedrooms provide ample sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each offer a queen bed and smart TV, while Bedroom 4 features a triple bunk with a twin trundle, full-size middle, and twin top. Bedroom 5, located in the loft, includes a queen bed and a queen sofa bed, along with a smart TV.
This waterfront property offers a private dock, boatlift (suitable for a pontoon boat), two single kayaks, and a double kayak for exploring the canals and St. Martin River. After a day on the water, relax in the hot tub located on the screened-in porch.
Situated just a 10-minute drive from Ocean City’s vibrant beaches, this home offers a peaceful, private setting with easy access to local dining, shopping, and community amenities such as pools, parks, and golf courses.

Enjoy live music at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club, open to the public Thursday-Sunday.
There are 3 parking spaces available in the driveway and additional parking in the court.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $100 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

The home was comfortably furnished, clean and well stocked with all necessary amenities. Having a boat dock on the canal was a game-changer—we enjoyed daily boat rides and easy access to the beach. We used the kayaks several times and had fun catching crabs off of the dock. There is both a traditional coffee machine and a Keurig. The garage is not accessible to renters. We had planned to store our bikes inside, but they were safely secured outside with a bike chain. The Ocean Pines location was great, offering both tranquility and convenience with nearby shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.
