The living room is comfortably furnished and flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with ease. The spacious bedroom is tucked away at the rear of the condo, offering a peaceful haven. You'll find the centrally located full bathroom easily accessible from any part of the condo. The southern exposure balcony off the living area provides a lovely ocean view, making it an ideal spot to relax. Sea Place’s prime location puts you within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and amusements.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely delightful! The place is adorable and impeccably decorated, making it feel cozy yet stylish. The location couldn\'t be better – a 2 min walk to the beach with stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is located in a great location with lots of options for dinner or drinks. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living area perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. The host was very accommodating and provided clear instructions for check-in and local tips that made our stay even better. We loved being able to step out onto the beach whenever we wanted, whether it was for a morning stroll or to watch the sunset in the evening. The convenience of having the beach just steps away cannot be overstated – it made our vacation truly special. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway. We\'re already planning our next visit!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was cuter in person than the pictures. The location is amazing - you are steps from the ocean and great restaurants. Parking is also amazing. Lots of parking available in the private lot adjacent to the property. We were so close to the beach we kept our beach chairs in the car to grab on the way to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!
