This delightful two-bedroom unit, part of a historic six-unit building lovingly cared for by the Russo family for over 60 years, offers everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with captivating beach and boardwalk views, while the second bedroom is perfect for family or friends with its two cozy full-sized beds. A pack and play is available for your little ones, ensuring everyone has a comfortable stay.
The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare anything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners, with all the necessary tools at your disposal. The balcony, located directly on the boardwalk, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the vibrant atmosphere and the calming ocean waves. Seaspray comes with all the modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable TV.

Please note that we only have parking available for one compact car. If you have an oversized vehicle or need parking for an extra car, you'll need to arrange and pay for parking. Good news! We have an agreement with a local lot that offers a discount for our guests, but you'll need to prearrange this before your arrival. This was the perfect place for our last minute beach vacay before school starts! The location was amazing! You’re right in the heart of it all! The views from the room felt even better than the pictures! Parking was pretty close as well.

This place was as advertised and looks like the pictures. We are a family of 4, so the space was large enough for us. I was nervous about possible noise level but it was nothing to worry about. You will hear a slight "boardwalk buzz" but not to a disturbing level, and not late into the night. We actually enjoyed the patio and observing the boardwalk. The place was easy to check in and smelled and looked clean upon arrival. Although a map is provided; It was slightly confusing to find at first due to the "do not enter" road signs that are posted where you actually do drive in. It was nice to have a private parking spot. Host was great and responsive! Location is everything! We have found a new spot for our yearly trip! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

the exterior of the building may be looking old fashion, but the location is excellent, and the interior of house is very good too. In addition to the ocean side balcony, there is a balcony in the back, which is convenient and make guests feel relaxing. Overall we enjoyed very much the stay.

Overall, the experience was positive. I would rate the property 7/10. Kelly was a fantastic host, the location was great and the space was more than adequate for our needs. With that being said, the unit needs an update badly. The bathroom is very outdated, the glass sliding door is in very bad shape (handle falling off and difficult to open), the handle on the refrigerator is falling off and the air condition unit does not cool over half of the space. The biggest issue was the WIFI (both private and guest) was awful which resulted in our TV not working at all because none of the streaming services could connect. I hope this is considered constructive.

I’m writing this review on my way home I was so eager to share my wonderful experience! We’ve found our new spot for our yearly Ocean city trips. I absolutely loved it ! The location, the space, the host EVERYTHING was amazing. I don’t have anything bad to say because my whole trip was amazing thanks to our stay at this spot. We will definitely refer our friends and family to this unit and hopefully we’ll be back soon.
