We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

This was our second booking with Kelly and she was always there to help! This was absolutely gorgeous new townhouse in Sea Oaks which is decorated in a coastal theme. There was plenty of space for the teenagers to hang out and the adults to have quite spaces to enjoy vacation too! The outside areas were my favorite part especially since they overlooked a beautiful pond. I highly recommend others to enjoy a week away at this beautiful townhouse which is in west ocean city but close to the beaches and most importantly a peaceful community.

This was a great location for us as we wanted to be close to the beach but away from all of the hustle and bustle. The beach was only a few minutes drive. The neighborhood was clean, and people were friendly. We walked into the house and the house was amazing! The kitchen was fully furnished and that allowed us to make breakfast and get ready for the beach. The house was clean, functional and has modern layout. We really enjoyed the decks overlooking the pond. Each floor had bathrooms and that made getting ready quick and easy. Our kids were able to enjoy activities on the top floor while the adults had space on the main floor. We even had a movie night! We had a great experience.
