Great extended weekend in OC at this condo. The place beautiful, up to date, and ocean front. Both bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. Really nice living room with ample seating. Would stay again most definitely.

Beautiful home inside, it looked exactly like the photos. This home met and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and welcoming. All amenities listed were provided and then some. The private balcony overlooking the ocean was beautiful and peaceful. We saw dolphins everyday. The beach directly in front of us was less crowded than the surrounding areas which was nice and there were beach chairs and umbrellas provided had we needed them. Kelly was quick to respond with any questions we had. Loved everything about our stay and look forward to coming back next summer!!

Perfect spot for a mom’s getaway! The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The space was exactly as pictured: clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Kelly was a great host with great communication throughout. Highly recommend!

This was my first time using AirBnB. Kelly was amazing! She was so patient with all of my questions and was always quick to respond. The condo was exactly how it was described and pictured in the listing. There were bonus items at the condo that were not listed that really helped our stay and made us feel right at home. This was my favorite Ocean City Rental thus far. This place offered so many little touches of comfort and convenience. I absolutely loved that the kitchen was actually a pleasure to work in. The pans were nice, coffee machine was awesome, and there was ice. There were two beach chairs to use and an umbrella. Beds were comfortable, and even had fans in the rooms. I felt very comfortable there and hope I get the chance to stay again!

Hello - We recently stayed in Flying Cloud 805 for a week. My family has stayed in this same unit in prior years and continued to return due to some of the personal touches that the owner put into the booking. Unfortunately, with the transition to Sheppard this year, some of those personal touches (including the communication) was lost. The unit has been stripped of some of the normal items we have seen as far as recommendations and such, but the bigger issues would come back to communications. For example, we never received confirmation from Sheppard of the assigned parking spaces in the lot. We simply used the same ones that had been communicated in prior years. I guess that was correct? I believe in the past there were guest parking passes for anything over 2 cars if needed, but did not see those in the unit. We also had some issues during the week regarding the off hours access code for the elevator. I called on Thursday to confirm the code and spoke to someone who provided a 4-digit code to me, however when we tested it, it did not work. I followed up via phone call and text message but never received any follow up, certainly not ideal. A final item for comment is regarding the linen service. In prior years we loved what was provided, however this year the towels were small and not impressive. This was a bit of a transition year with ownership of the booking shifting after we had already booked via the normal Airbnb method, so maybe just some growing pains. I’d note that the unit itself is showing a little more wear and tear than in the past, not unexpected of a rental unit but hopefully something that will get some attention moving forward. I loved the way the house was decorated and my family and I felt like home. The host was extremely friendly and very welcoming to the guests. I had a question about the house she would always answer when I called right away or answer my message. I would recommend anyone to the house to stay.

Other than lobby door code not working for us but once and a small plumbing issue that was briskly taken care of there were no other issues and place was in a great location. host was very immediate to respond to any and all concerns and I feel that the minor issues were building maintainance issues not host related.
