For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your place in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.
* Outdoor pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Sheppard Realty Rentals is not responsible and cannot guarantee ability at any time.
* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the park-n-ride just three miles away to the beach boardwalk and inlet so there is no need to hassle with parking. You can ride the bus all throughout the town day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points.

Things to know:
There is a $200 fee for the lost of the house lanyard which includes the community pass and pool bracelets.
Parking Notes: There are four parking spaces are available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the community center spaces.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.

A complimentary welcome beach bag will be in your unit with a local map to get around town as well as coupons to local restaurants and attractions in town. The home also will have a roll of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! These supplies are meant to get you off on the right start then additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.
