This adorable Beach Bungalow is located in West Ocean City within walking distance to Sunset Marina! Tucked in a cute little circle this bungalow allows you to enjoy the quiet of West Ocean City but still be within walking distance to all the amazing bars and restaurants for you to enjoy after a day at the beach! A full bed in the master, a full and twin bed in the second bedroom and a full pull out couch allows up to seven guests. The kitchen is fully stocked if you enjoy cooking and the large TV allows you to stream your favorite movie. If you want an easy way to get around town the beach bus is perfect way to go to the boardwalk plus the stop is very close to the complex. For only $3.00 per person, you can get on and off the beach bus for the entire day. We rent to anyone over the age of 25 and would be happy to provide a linen package of sheets and towels upon your request. No smoking, vaping or pets just a relaxing, clean condo to enjoy a vacation at the beach to make memories.

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your unit in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.

* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer around town including to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points throughout Ocean City. You can catch this opportunity at the Park and Ride just two mintues from the home.
* Plenty of walkable restaurants nearby!

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.
Each unit will have a starting supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! This will get you started but additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.
