* All Sheppard Realty Rental properties require Guests to provide personal linens (such as sheets, towels, and pillowcases).

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your unit in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.
* The outdoor pool are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Sheppard Realty Rentals is not responsible and cannot guarantee ability at any time.
* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the park n ride across the road to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points throughout town.

There is a $200 fee for the lost of pool pass.

Parking Notes: No parking allowed in the garage. There are two (2) parking spaces are available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the community visitor spaces located in the front and rear of the property. To avoid towing, please ensure a parking hang tag is visibly displayed. There is a $50 replacement fee for any lost parking hang tag.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly non refundable damage waiver fee.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
