We are located in North Ocean City on beach block with 1 min walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to Northside Park across coastal highway, Starbucks, Chipotle, Green turtle and Food Lion. There are many other bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance where you will have so many to choose from. You can’t go wrong here, come and get cozy at the beach with no hassle! Guests will have their own designated parking spot in case you need it, otherwise there is plenty of extra parking in the front of the building as parking is on both sides of the street which is rare for Ocean City.

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your unit in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.

* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the unit to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points.
* Plenty of walkable restaurants including the famous Crab Cake Factory

*Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.

This unit also will have a starting supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! This will get you started but additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.
