Description

If you have a family that likes both the beach and pool this is the best unit for you because you have both! This also holds 10 people on the four full beds in the unit along with a fully stocked kitchen for you to cook all your meals in the unit. Sheppard Realty Rentals is excited to have the opportunity to host you in this beautiful unit. She supply all your soaps, and starter paper products however we do ask you to either bring your own linens or purchase a linen package for an additional $10 per person. This linen package includes kitchen towels, sheets for the beds, a hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and 1 bathing towel with wash cloth for each person.
We ask the primary renter to be 25 or older. We do not allow pets, smoking or vaping in our units.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking. So close to the beach. A rare first floor that you can see the ocean from. Kelly was great and helped with whatever we needed. Rooms were big enough and clean. Bathrooms also clean and big enough. Would rent this unit again. Pool was dirty or 5 stars.
