Things to know:
For your convenience, we would be happy to offer $10 a person a linen rental package that will be delivered to your unit in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.

The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the park and ride just five mins away to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there is various pick up and drop off points, so you don’t have to worry about driving and parking around town.
There is a $200 fee for any lost pool pass.
Parking Notes: There are two (2) parking spaces available for home in the driveway.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.
Each home also will have a starting supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! Any additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.

We do not rent to 25 and under, this is a walk up to the second floor with elevator access by key that is kept in the property. There is no smoking on the premises due to building policy. We do not provide linens or enough paper products for a full week’s stay however upon check-in you will find a welcome bag with toilet paper, soap and paper towels to ensure you have a great start to your stay. You are encouraged to bring your own towels and sheets but upon request we can provide the contact information of a reputable linen rental company in town if you prefer. All renters must be 25yrs or older, no vaping, smoking or pets, just fun, relaxation and building memories please! This is the perfect quiet location that is midtown with plenty of walkable restaurants to enjoy your stay! This fully renovated condo will not disappoint! Plus, she can even pull a bonfire permit so you can enjoy a bonfire at night on the beach directly outside your condo!
