Description

Come visit the beach with your entire family in this pristine townhouse in Sea Oaks. When you arrive there is a large two car garage ready to unload your beach items. Then off the garage on the ground floor there is a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa along with a single chair that converts to a twin bed which sleeps three. Next go up a flight of stairs to a gorgeous open concept kitchen, family room and dining room for all your entertaining needs. Travel up to the third floor to the large three bedrooms including a huge massive master. Then on the top floor there is a huge game room with an additional futon that can sleep an additional 2 people. This home has all new furniture and huge streaming tvs to keep everyone entertained no matter what floor they are on.

This house was exceptional, and the location was perfect for us. It was very clean, and the rooms were beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. Kelly was awesome! She was easy to contact, and she responded in a very timely manner. We look forward to returning!

This was our second booking with Kelly and she was always there to help! This was absolutely gorgeous new townhouse in Sea Oaks which is decorated in a coastal theme. There was plenty of space for the teenagers to hang out and the adults to have quite spaces to enjoy vacation too! The outside areas were my favorite part especially since they overlooked a beautiful pond. I highly recommend others to enjoy a week away at this beautiful townhouse which is in west ocean city but close to the beaches and most importantly a peaceful community.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable townhouse in Sea Oaks for our vacation getaway, and it exceeded all our expectations! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location of the townhouse is absolutely fantastic. Just a quick drive from the beach, we were able to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf within minutes. The convenience of plenty of parking made our beach trips hassle-free, allowing us to focus on creating unforgettable memories with our loved ones. Upon entering the townhouse, we were immediately struck by its spaciousness. The open concept layout on the second floor, featuring a magnificent kitchen, family room, and dining room, provided the perfect setting for entertaining our family. The kitchen, with its impressive island capable of accommodating our entire group, was beyond nice, making meal preparations and family gatherings an absolute pleasure. The townhouse's thoughtful design continued on the third floor, where we discovered three large bedrooms, including a massive master bedroom that instantly became our sanctuary. Each room was equipped with its own TV, ensuring that everyone could unwind and relax in their own space. One of the highlights of our stay was the top floor game room, a true haven of entertainment. This was a great location for us as we wanted to be close to the beach but away from all of the hustle and bustle. The beach was only a few minutes drive. The neighborhood was clean, and people were friendly. We walked into the house and the house was amazing! The kitchen was fully furnished and that allowed us to make breakfast and get ready for the beach. The house was clean, functional and has modern layout. We really enjoyed the decks overlooking the pond. Each floor had bathrooms and that made getting ready quick and easy. Our kids were able to enjoy activities on the top floor while the adults had space on the main floor. We even had a movie night! We had a great experience.
