Bring the family and you can enjoy a fantastic vacation at the beach! This condo is located midtown on 43rd st. close to many great restaurants, family activities and shops! The huge master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed (Twin over Full) plus there is even a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has been completely updated and is fully stocked for you to start your vacation.
This property is proudly managed by Sheppard Realty Rentals and will have toliet paper, paper towels, dish soaps, and laundry detergent for your use in the condo. We also have bedspreads and pillows on each bed. However, to maintain high cleaning standards we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels, or we would be happy to provide a linen package for $60 for your stay. Please come and enjoy your stay creating memories! We ask for the primary renter to be at least 25 years old. We also do not allow animals and smoking in this property.
