This Ocean Pines cottage is just the perfect home to bring the entire family including your furry ones you don't want to leave at home. This community is filled with amenities which include several playgrounds, a dog park, a pond to go fishing, a boat ramp, plenty of walking trails, basketball courts, a skate park, several outdoor pools including one in ocean city on the beach and an indoor pool for cold and rainy days. The community also offers free music at White horse park on Thursday nights and a variety of activities throughout the summer. If you would rather just stay at the house during your stay you can wake up and enjoy a morning coffee and read a book in the sunroom then you can play corn hole outside in the fenced area while letting the dogs run off the morning zoomies. Then in the evening cook up some steaks out on the grill and enjoy them on this beautiful new patio with large dining table and chairs surrounded by solar lighting. This house is just inside the south gate so you are only ten minutes to the beach by crossing the Rt. 90 bridge.

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your place in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.
* Outdoor Community pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Sheppard Realty Rentals is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the West Ocean City park-n-ride just eight miles away to the beach boardwalk and inlet so there is no need to hassle with parking. You can ride the bus all throughout the town day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points.
Parking Notes: There are four parking spaces are available in the driveway outside the garage.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.
The home also will have a roll of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! These supplies are meant to get you off on the right start then additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.
