Family friendly private home nestled between two offices, ocean block! Great coastal highway property to watch parades, the car shows and other coastal highway events from the front deck. Then on the back deck you can enjoy a cookout or just sunbath on a lounging chair. This property is Ocean Side so, only about 500 feet from the sand with no need to cross coastal highway.

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your home in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.

* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the house to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points.

* Plenty of walkable restaurants!

Parking Notes: There are three parking spaces are available in the driveway outside the garage. Additional parking is available in the community visitor spaces.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.

Each unit also will have a starting supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! Additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.

Great location in general and super easy access to the beach. Provided wagon, umbrellas, and cooler and really east spot to spray off when returning sandy! Plethora of kid oriented restaurants and entertainment minutes away. Multiple tvs, comfy accommodations and great kitchen setup. Everything’s clean and washer and dryer to do laundry. Had a great time. Super kid friendly.

Overall we had a great time. Being that close to the beach made up for all the little things we could nitpick about. The biggest thing would be the water pressure. With 10 people staying there, it was very hard to wash sand off and shower as quick as possible bc the water pressure would drop if anyone else was using a water source. Especially if the washing machine was being used. But we made it work, we understand how that happens. We couldn’t find anymore trash bags for the kitchen but didn’t mind supplying our own. There were a few kitchen items that would have been helpful for cooking like a large mixing bowl, a whisk, and a peeler. But again, we made it work. The other reviews about how the dryer takes a very long time to dry is accurate. Not sure if it’s heating up high enough to dry loads in a decent amount of time. Overall we loved our stay and would even consider staying again or recommend it to others if we felt it would be a good fit for them. So thank you for the great stay and experience!

The house is amazing! We were impressed at the moment when we opened the door and saw all these pirate decorations! Great Job! The house has enough room for 8 people to stay. The 2 couches are convertible. Literally everything we need on the beach was provided by the owner, including umbrella, chairs, cooler and a cart. It's super convenient! We appreciated a lot! It's not mentioned but we found out there's a water hose and pipe at back of house, which was very very helpful when we want to keep sand out of the house. Bathrooms might be a little bit small and we had to take turns but it's enough to do its job. Golden locations, 2 mins to the beach, 4 mins to ACME, and various kinds of shops, restaurants and entertainments nearby. We definitely will try stay longer next time!

Liked the house! Very clean and nice inside. Our kids were happy to got into miracle place - house very well decorated. There were plenty of tableware and kitchenware to cook. Which fits our vacation perfectly, because we used to cook for our family on vacation. Host is very responsive, which is important for me. And the beach is great, not too narrow and not too wide, very close to the house. I would definitely recommend this place!

The Mermaid cottage was clean and attractive. The location was great and we especially liked the short walk to the beach. It is located on the Coastal Highway with lots of parking and close access to restaurants, the grocery store, a bus stop, and church. There was a nice deck in front with two tables and lots of chairs and we enjoyed sitting out there in the morning. There is also a deck in the back with two lounge chairs if you would prefer some peace and quiet. There was no outside water source (hose, outside shower ) which made it difficult to remove sand before entering, but I believe the owners are working on a solution to that problem. Also, because it is right on the highway, this cottage might not be a great choice for families with escape prone toddlers. We enjoyed our stay at this cottage very much.

Highly recommend this Airbnb if you're looking to be a two minute walk to the beach and want room to stretch out and relax in the beautifully decorated beach bungalow. Bedrooms are ample size and the two bathrooms were plenty for 4 adults and two kids. At the time of our visit, the water wasn't turned on outside so we had to deal with sandy feet and chairs in other ways. The host is responsive even during your trip and very easy to work with. We were asked to clean up on our way out of the house before checking out which seemed a little unreasonable for the high cleaning fee associated with the reservation. Overall had a fantastic experience and would rent again!
