Description
The Assateague Overlook luxurious townhouse located in West Ocean City near Sunset Marina. This property has spectacular views of Assateague where you can see the wild ponies roaming the island on the deck. Also this townhouse is within walking distance to Sunset Marina and numerous favorite restaurants. So, bring your boat to one of the numerous fishing tournaments and park it at Sunset Marina. Due to covid we ask all guests to bring their own towels and linens but we do provide pillows and bedspreads. If you would rather have a company linen package we would be happy to set that up for you. We at Sheppard Realty Rentals will provide you with a welcome beach bag filled with area coupons, maps and a few special goodies to get your vacation off to the right start!
