This lovely large rancher is perfect for a family vacation! This home is located in Ocean Pines which is filled with various playgrounds, basketball courts, a skate park, walking trails, a public library, community pools (daily fee) and only a ten minute drive to Ocean City to go to the beach and or the boardwalk for the day! Plus if you want to visit Assateague and see the ponies this home is only about 15 minutes to the Island. The home has been completely remodeled and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms a large fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
We do not supplies the linens (sheets and bathing towels) but would be happy to set up a linen package for $10 a person to be dropped off at the house. This would include sheets for all the beds, a bathing towel and wash cloth for each guest and kitchen hand towels. This service MUST be requested a week in advance.
This home is proudly hosted by Sheppard Realty a local management company that has various properties that have five star ratings for cleanest, responsiveness and value for your money. The management company will provide you with starter supplies including a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, a kitchen sponge and dish washing soap.
