There are plenty of restaurants that you can walk to or stay in and cook in this fully equipped kitchen. If you want an easy way to get around town the beach bus is perfect way to go to the boardwalk plus the stop is very close to the complex. For only $4.00 per person, you can get on and off the beach bus for the entire day. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit which will allow you to keep your bathing suits cleaned after a day at the beach. We rent to anyone over the age of 25 and would be happy to provide a linen package of sheets and towels upon your request. No smoking, vaping or pets just a relaxing, clean condo to enjoy a vacation at the beach to make memories.

For your convenience, we would be happy to offer a linen rental package that will be delivered to your unit in a laundry bag for your use. This package includes the sheet sets and pillowcases needed for the beds you will be utilizing. A set of hand towels and bathmat for each bathroom. Two kitchen towels and a dish rag for doing dishes. Lastly, the package will include a bath towel, and wash cloth for each person to complete the linen package.

* Outdoor pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Sheppard Realty Rentals is not responsible and cannot guarantee ability at any time.
* The Beach Bus runs throughout the summer from the unit to the Boardwalk and inlet. You can ride the bus all day for $3 per person and there are various pick up and drop off points and not worry about parking.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a $60 nonrefundable damage waiver that covers you up to $2,000 of accident damage to the property. You may want to purchase an additional policy for your stay.
Each unit will have a starting supply of paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, and trash bags to get your vacation off to the right start! This will get you started but additional supplies will be the renter’s responsibility.
