You can plan a golden sands beach day as well as a crystal clear refreshing pool day with a lunch break up in your full kitchen; without even leaving this complex. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen this condo also has TV's throughout, free Wi-Fi, cable, 2 large private balconies, an elevator for your convenience and 2 assigned parking spots! Due to covid we ask all guests to bring their own towels and linens but we do provide pillows and bedspreads. If you would rather have a company linen package we would be happy to set that up for you. We at Sheppard Realty Rentals will provide you with a welcome beach bag filled with area coupons, maps and a few special goodies to get your vacation off to the right start!

Things to Know:
This building is a no smoking or vaping building which includes the balconies and common areas. No pets are allowed and you must be 25 or older to rent this condo. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities such as miniature golf close enough to walk to. We also have the Beach Bus that runs throughout the day and evening for only $4 a person per day if you would like to go to the boardwalk or uptown to a movie theater!
