We do not rent to 25 and under, this is a walk up to the second floor with elevator access by key that is kept in the property. There is no smoking on the premises due to building policy. We do not provide linens or enough paper products for a full week’s stay however upon check-in you will find a welcome bag with toilet paper, soap and paper towels to ensure you have a great start to your stay. You are encouraged to bring your own towels and sheets but upon request we can provide the contact information of a reputable linen rental company in town if you prefer. All renters must be 25yrs or older, no vaping, smoking or pets, just fun, relaxation and building memories please! This is the perfect quiet location that is midtown with plenty of walkable restaurants to enjoy your stay! This fully renovated condo will not disappoint! We pride ourselves on our 5-star cleaning company and local management that is available to you. Our local host will set up a beach photo session for your family! Plus, she can even pull a bonfire permit so you can enjoy a bonfire at night on the beach directly outside your condo! This is that vacation condo that you will want to come back to year after year to enjoy memories with your family.
