We do not rent to 25 and under, this is a walk up to the second floor with elevator access by key that is kept in the property. There is no smoking on the premises due to building policy. We do not provide linens or enough paper products for a full week’s stay however upon check-in you will find a welcome bag with toilet paper, soap and paper towels to ensure you have a great start to your stay. You are encouraged to bring your own towels and sheets but upon request we can provide the contact information of a reputable linen rental company in town if you prefer. All renters must be 25yrs or older, no vaping, smoking or pets, just fun, relaxation and building memories please! This is the perfect quiet location that is midtown with plenty of walkable restaurants to enjoy your stay! This fully renovated condo will not disappoint! We pride ourselves on our 5-star cleaning company and local management that is available to you. Our local host will set up a beach photo session for your family! Plus, she can even pull a bonfire permit so you can enjoy a bonfire at night on the beach directly outside your condo! This is that vacation condo that you will want to come back to year after year to enjoy memories with your family.

Absolutely wonderful space. Really nicely renovated and maintained. Great location right off the beach. Wonderful and absolutely stunning view of the ocean! We slept with the doors open just to have the waves and rain be white noise. The fresh air and waves were so amazing. Just a unbeatable core memory now. Thank you so much for letting us stay. We wish we could just enjoy it longer. I think the space is great and super functional too. Loved the kitchen. It’s just absolutely beautiful space. I kept taking photos of the interior. I would say the only downside is that if you are someone who doesn’t like noise you will not like the guests above you. There doesn’t seem to be any sound proofing whatsoever between the floors. Every step they make above you will be loud and clear- so if those above you are night owls it can be problematic. We had our infant with us so we were also self conscious that he was too loud for other guests when he cried.

I'm picky about cleanliness. I usually opt to write no review at all rather than comment because it takes very little to gross me out (I was actually going to bring my own vacuum and my kids talked me out of it). But this place was absolutely spotless. Everything looked brand new and it was well equipped. I left early because the weather wasn't cooperating, but I felt like I was staying in a brand new place.

What a great place! Clean, spacious, nice décor. Best part of this lovely place was watching the sunrise from the comfort of our balcony to the sunsets. Oceanfront, comfort, relaxing and walking distance to restaurants, can’t wait to book again! Highly recommend!

We stayed in the condo for our 1 year wedding anniversary for 3 days. We had SUCH a great time! What a gorgeous rental! Plenty of parking, easy to find, and right in the middle of OC! You really can't beat the oceanfront location (and view!). We also loved the ring game on the deck....we played it A LOT! Comfy bed and couches.... lots of channels. Cute bathroom and kitchen (and this is from a picky person!). We could have stayed twice as long! We've already booked another weekend in May we loved it so much! Thank you for your hospitality!!! I highly recommend this stay!!
