Located on the ocean block on 45th Street, this charming studio is the perfect getaway for couples or solo travelers. The unit has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furnishings, a remodeled kitchen, and a stylish bathroom. To maximize counter space, the owners creatively replaced the stove with a portable induction cooktop that can be easily stored away when not in use—giving you flexibility and extra room to relax.
With its prime location, you’ll be able to enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk from the beach. Whether you’re lounging in the sun, strolling the boardwalk, or exploring local restaurants, everything Ocean City has to offer is right at your doorstep. Plus, the studio has a ramp for easier access, ensuring a smooth arrival, though please note the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.
Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this studio provides all the essentials you need for a comfortable and relaxing time by the ocean. Enjoy the new, cozy space and the unbeatable location, making it the ideal base for your Ocean City adventures!
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own.
At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests.
