The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, and the clean, well-appointed bathroom comes with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
Just steps from the beach, this condo offers easy access for sunbathing, swimming, or a stroll along the shore. You’re also within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Northside Park, known for its scenic beauty and events, is nearby—perfect for picnics, sports, and evening entertainment.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Nice 1 bedroom condo. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Elevator is great to have. Walkable restaurants coffee golf and ice cream.

My wife and I enjoyed the condo throughly. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Easy access to the beach or pool, depending on your mood. Walking distance to several restaurants or ice cream shops. And the off street parking was a pleasant surprise. Also having a elevator was a great plus instead of walking up flights of stairs.

From booking to check-in, our stay was so easy! Kelly or Tim answered my messages promptly. Between the photos and descriptions, everything was just as expected. Beach access was perfectly convenient. The home was clean and had all of the amenities listed, including some extras.
