To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Such a convenient location in ocean city steps from the boardwalk. We rented this space for the Ocean City running festival and it was perfectly located for the start and finish lines. It was also extremely walkable to plenty of great spots. Loved that it was pet friendly. Having to bring your own linens or pay a fee is a little strange but it’s clearly communicated in the listing.

Kelly’s house was perfectly located for the music festival we attended. We would leave the festival and walk back to the house for lunch; there are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. On-site parking for 2 vehicles made it easy to get around. The kitchen is well supplied and there was plenty of room for our group of 6.

The location was excellent! We were close enough to the boardwalk that we were able to run back easily to drop prizes from the pier while continuing with our day, or running back for forgotten things while at the beach, but we didn't feel like we were right in the middle of all the busy-ness. The space and beds were exactly what we needed for our group, and the condo was kept very nicely.

Give it 4.5 stars. Great location. As was advertised. Windows were hard to open to occasionally allow fresh air. When opened, it was obvious the window tracks had not been cleaned in a long time. Carpeting in the stairwells could be replaced. Although high traffic area, has not held up as well as rest of carpeting on second floor. Patio glass door and screen door were off tracks and hard to open and close. Would stay there again.
