When you’re not at the beach, enjoy the convenience of an indoor pool right in the building, which makes sure the kids can have fun no matter the weather. With two reserved parking spaces, you won’t have to worry about finding a spot, leaving you more time to focus on vacationing.
Inside, the condo is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a spacious living area, and comfortable bedrooms to ensure a restful stay. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and frame breathtaking views from every angle. After a long day of sun and surf, there’s nothing better than relaxing on your private balcony with a refreshing drink while soaking in the beauty of Ocean City.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Upholding our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

We stayed here for a week in the off season and had a terrific time. The condo can accomodate a large group with the many beds and large common area. It is perfect for a family gathering. The hosts, Kelly and Michael, were helpful and accommodating. We hope to be back.

"Kelly was the perfect host, and the property was exactly what we were looking for! The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach. There were two parking spots available on the premises, which was a huge plus. The condo was beautifully decorated and offered plenty of space, with generously sized bedrooms. This was our first stay, and we’re already planning to book again for next year. Kelly was incredibly responsive—any question I had was answered within minutes. Booking with sheppard realty was so easy and convenient . Condo was nice and had great beach access. Inside pool was nice! Staff quick to answer questions at booking, and when coming in. Layout of condo was nice. Condo fully stocked with dishes,and appliances.
