We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! Please note, per our condo association rules we are not allowed to rent to individuals under 25 years of age. Also, in order to uphold our commitment to top-notch cleanliness, we ask for your cooperation in bringing your own linens. We provide pillows, comforters/top-quilts, but you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases and beach towels. Alternatively, for your convenience, we offer a comprehensive linen drop-off at just $50. This package includes sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth for each guest, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. At the end of your stay we ask that all linens be returned in the same linen bag in which they were delivered to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your adherence to this requirement contributes to a pristine and enjoyable environment for all guests in our home. Thank you for understanding.

Headline: Over all great stay. I would use this property again. The location is perfect and the bay view is splendid. Positive: Wonderful location. Beautiful view of the bay. Comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer. Liked that there is a workout facility onsite.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly's place! The water views were absolutely stunning. Waking up to them each morning was a treat. The location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants and fun activities just a short walk or drive away. Kelly was an excellent host—warm, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. very good and peaceful stay. Host is friendly and helpful. The front gate password was changed and the host helped us to get in with timely response. The balcony cannot see the ocean but the window above the coach can see. Hope we know that we should bring our own shampoo and dryer before, which was a bit of hassle while noticing this in a shower. Kitchen is nice and good for simple cooking(brew coffee, boil pasta, and heat toast). No big knife to cut watermelon or meat.

We had a fantastic stay at Makai 401! The location was perfect for enjoying everything Ocean City has to offer — from the beach to the boardwalk and all the great local spots in between. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with friendly reminders and helpful info that made check-in and check-out a breeze. I really appreciated how easy and accommodating the host was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Makai 401 to anyone looking for a great place to relax in Ocean City!
