Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing beach escape. The condo features a full kitchen, open-concept living area, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. When you're ready for sun and fun, take advantage of the Jada building’s private pool or head just a short walk east to the beach. Restaurants, shops, and mini golf are all within easy reach—making it a great spot for families and friend groups alike.
Two covered parking spots under the building make your arrival easy and stress-free, especially during the busy summer season. Whether you're spending your days on the sand or exploring Ocean City’s attractions, this condo is your perfect home base.
To keep cleaning costs low, guests are asked to bring their own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at checkout.

Saved the day for us! Original booking elsewhere was not acceptable. Luckily was able to book late at night in an hurry and Kelly and her husband reached out after booking to let us know they would run us out linens. Place was excellent and I greatly appreciate their responsiveness to help us out!
