High Point South offers everything you need for a laid-back getaway. Take a dip in the oceanfront community pool or grab the elevator to be just steps from the sand. The building also features on-site laundry facilities and secure entry for added convenience and peace of mind. From beach days to poolside relaxation, everything is designed for your comfort.
Located in North Ocean City, you’re close to everything, yet still enjoy a quieter stretch of beach. Walk to local favorites like Gold Coast Mall, Blue Fish, and The Fractured Prune for donuts worth waking up early for. Grocery stores, mini golf, and family-friendly attractions are just minutes away.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $25 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Our stay was great for the little three day beach trip we took. Access to the pool and right up to the beach was our main concern and this location has it. Watching and hearing the ocean was a treat! The hosts were responsive and very helpful which made us feel right at home. Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Place is well located for family oriented people.I went with my family with older kids.We interacted well with everyone.Some people don't want kids around and enjoy more privacy this place is not for you.This place gives access to private pool and beach area.Many activities nearby and far.From mini golf,fishing,jet ski 's,to crusing.There is a food lion market nearby to restaurants like bonfire,seacrets,fagers Island,and fishtails.Definitely recommend assasteague national seashore to Chincoteague wildlife refuge(about 90minutes away).Ocean city boardwalk arch, sculptures(especially at night time),Ripley believe it or not, the gallery store,to speedworld(go karts).Treats like thrashers(fries) and fishers popcorn.This place I highly reccommend.

The condo was great and the team was very attentive! When we needed something from them, Tim came over with it within minutes. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this location, it can’t be beat, right on the ocean and within walking distance to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at High Point South was wonderful! It looked exactly like the photos. It was perfect just myself and my daughter and could easily see that next time we can include another person if not 2. Perfect for the long Memorial Day weekend! So easy to get on and off the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. The linen service for $25 was well worth it! We left saying we need to find those for our home. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I even heard my daughter say, Good bye comfortable bed”! We would definitely stay here again!
