Welcome to your Ocean City retreat! This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo offers the perfect place to relax and unwind. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an en suite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two double beds and its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located just outside the door.
The spacious living room invites you to relax on the comfy sofa and loveseat, enjoying your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. A gas fireplace adds warmth and coziness, perfect for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and gather with loved ones.
This mid-town condo on 59th Street is just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops, mini golf, and nightlife. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy views of the ocean and bay, or enjoy the comfort of modern amenities like central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a full-size washer and dryer.
Whether you're here for a family getaway, a romantic retreat, or a weekend escape, this condo provides the perfect space to relax and enjoy all Ocean City has to offer.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $50 linen drop-off service, which includes freshly laundered sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

5/5 my family of 6 stayed at the condo and it was great. We loved the shower pressure and it was very quiet at the condo. We would recommend this place to anyone and the beach is a very short walk away. We look forward to staying again next year!

Mark’s condo was perfect for our girls' weekend getaway! It checked all the boxes — plenty of parking and easy access into the unit. The condo was very clean, and the beds were super comfy. We loved the convenient beach access, and being able to walk to our favorite restaurants and bars was a huge plus. It was also less than a 10-minute Uber ride to the inlet. We’d definitely consider staying at Mark’s place again for future trips to OCMD!

The whole family had a wonderful time there. An easy walk to the beach and to the street to local restaurants. Beside view and the balcony was beautiful, and there was plenty of chairs . The bedrooms were nice size. And three bathrooms with the family there is a dream .

Place was very nice & in a great location. Parking two vehicles was super convenient. The beach was only a block or so away but the boardwalk was too far to walk. Other than that we had zero complaints. Highly recommend.

My family and I- 2 kids ( 2 years old and 4 month old) enjoyed our stay. Students had tons of places to run and each had their room. We had sufficient and clean sheets, towels, hand towels etc. The place was walking distance to everything

I cannot stress enough how awesome our stay and this condo was. Shout out to Kelly Brown for making the process and our stay so seamless. The condo was so clean and the floor plan had so much room that the 5 of us didn\'t feel like we were tripping on one another. The quick access to the beach was huge, we have an 11 year old that loves to be on the beach. That is so key for family vacations, especially with kids. The location is so choice, you\'re in the middle of all the great eateries and stores. We definitely will be booking again! Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality!

We were originally in 4400 Coastal Highway, Unit 301, Ocean City, MD 21842; however due to heating issues, we were moved to Adagio 208. When I texted Kelly with our concern about the heating, she responded almost immediately and had Mike (maintenance) there within about 15 minutes. They were unable to resolve the heat issue so they put us in another rental. We were moved at about 9:30 pm and they had someone there cleaning it for us. The rental (Adagio 208) was just as nice as the other one and had some amenities that we thought we were going to have to purchase (i.e. paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc). Both Kelly and Mike were very helpful and did what they could to help us out. We were pleased with our accommodations and would rent from Sheppard Realty again.
