Second year we rented this particular property for our family week at the beach. We mainly like the proximately to Assateague and WOC. The property is very clean and well appointed. The Sheppard team is great to work with.

This was our second year staying at Dutch Harbor lane . We love it so much we stayed for two weeks this year. We I’ll probably see if we can get a long weekend in before the end of the year. We love this house for many reasons, first being its location. You are right in between OCMD and Assateague Island where the ponies are and the water park is 3 minutes a way. Second reason is it’s so quiet there are no roads running in all different directions, it’s so quiet. Our third reason is the beautiful meadow across the street with trees right behind it. Reason four, animals are allowed. That is huge for us, we don’t board any babies we have. The most important reason is the house is beautiful! Two full baths, three bedrooms, giant tv, all new appliances. Just beautiful! It does help that it’s not overly priced. Perfect house, perfect price, perfect location. Kelly from Sheppard Realty is the best!! 10 out of 10! Thanks for another successful year Kelly. Will be in touch soon!

This is a perfect little get away house when you want to be close enough to the action but far enough for quiet and privacy. The house is clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. We would definitely choose this property again.
