Gussie Sholtis Hi my name’s “Gussie”, which is short for Augusta, strange name I know but I am also the last of 7 children, I always figured by parents ran out of ideas. I’ve been a resident of Berlin for 20 years and a licensed Realtor for 12 years. Being raised in a military family I have lived all over the U.S., and in a number of foreign countries. When I “discovered” Berlin back in 1989 I knew this was where I wanted to stay and plant my roots. I have NEVER been disappointed by that decision.
I love Berlin and had been selling it to anyone who would listen for years when a friend suggested I get my license and turn my passion into a career, the best advice I had been given in a long time.
I have two awesome grown children (22 and 24) who grew up in this town where they walked to school, rode their bikes to the library, played under the streetlights with the neighborhood kids and had all the shop keepers know them by name. . Whoever coined the phrase “It takes a village…” must have had Berlin in mind, because we are that “village” that knows and looks out for each other.
I worked the first 7 years I was licensed with a company in Ocean City where I was also a bartender in the summer. My mother has lived in Ocean City for over 20 years and I am there daily still.
So, whether Ocean City, Berlin or the surrounding areas I’d love to help you find YOUR spot on the Eastern Shore.
Tim Dozier is a Harford County native and 2003 graduate of Fallston High School. Tim enjoyed family vacations to Ocean City every summer growing up and decided after graduating high school to work at the beach over the summer while studying at the University of Maryland. After a short time away from Ocean City, Tim's love for the beach lifestyle brought him back to Ocean City where he has been a full time resident since 2010.
Tim joined the Sheppard Realty family in 2013 bringing valuable sales experience from a management position within a thriving boardwalk business. He has earned the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification. RSPS is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, and to assist them with their search.
