The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk with a full and twin bed set. In the family room, you'll find a twin-size loveseat, perfect for an extra guest. One of the condo's standout features is the enclosed balcony, allowing you to soak up the beachfront vibes and ocean views while staying cool in the air conditioning.
Located right on the beach, the Atlantis Building gives you immediate access to Ocean City's stunning shoreline. Imagine stepping out of the condo and finding yourself on the soft sands, ready to enjoy a day of sun and surf. When you're ready for a break from the ocean, take a dip in the community pool, a refreshing alternative to the saltwater. The building's amenities and prime location ensure that you'll have everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.
There’s plenty to explore between 90th and 110th Street. Indulge in local dining spots, unique shops, and family-friendly attractions. The nearby Northside Park, located just a short drive away, offers a serene environment with walking paths, playgrounds, and sports facilities. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our condo at the Atlantis Building is perfectly situated to provide an enjoyable and convenient Ocean City experience. Please know the building does charge a $60 parking fee.
We're thrilled to host you in this spectacular home! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we provide a linen drop-off service, so you won’t need to bring your own. Upon arrival, a freshly laundered linen package will be waiting at your door, including sheets and pillowcases for all beds in use, kitchen dish towels, bathroom bathmats, and a towel/washcloth set for each guest. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so be sure to bring your own. At the end of your stay, we simply ask that all linens be placed back in the provided linen bags and left just inside the front door. This helps us ensure a smooth pickup process and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation, and we hope you have a wonderful stay!

The view from the balcony, specifically the moon rise is amazing. The apartment was clean, fully stocked with everything. The location is perfect for families looking for some quiet, yet within a few miles from the boardwalk, where all the activities are. Kelly and Michael were amazing host, will book their place again.

My family had a wonderful time, this was our first time staying in a condo and everything about this place was perfect. We felt right at home, everything in the description was on point. The host is very responsive and the instructions are clear and the linen service was excellent. The location is also super close to the beach and is in a quieter part of ocean city which we prefer. We will definitely be booking again in the future.
