Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, perfectly located on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City, MD. This spacious, modern condo blends coastal charm with home comforts. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, direct access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a full-size bunk bed, a twin-size bed, and a trundle for extra sleeping space. Both bathrooms are equipped with full baths and modern fixtures.
In the living area, you’ll be captivated by the breathtaking ocean views through the expansive glass doors leading to the balcony. Relax on the comfortable seating while enjoying your favorite shows on the brand-new smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the expansive balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, offers an ideal space to sip morning coffee or unwind with evening drinks while enjoying the stunning ocean views. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for your convenience.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the sparkling community pool and the ease of assigned parking. Located in the heart of midtown, you’re just steps from the beach and a short walk to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests, but the building allows a maximum of 6 adults per condo.
For your convenience, we offer a complimentary linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Much roomier than expected. Great location with view of the beach and easy access. There were plenty of beach accessories available for use. The pool/area was clean and never crowded.

We loved our stay!! The location was perfect for going to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus! We definitely felt “right at home” with the full kitchen. There was plenty of space for our teenagers and our younger child and no one had to share a bed!! We hope to come back to OC and would definitely stay here again.

Kelly’s place was exactly as described. The location was perfect for our stay and the walk to the beach was extremely short. The area is fairly quiet and it’s central to many locations that Ocean City has to offer. Any questions that I had Kelly and Michael were very quick to respond. My family will most definitely book another vacation at Kelly’s place in the future.

Kelly and Michael were unbelievably responsive to any questions and concerns. Pool was clean and relaxing. Beach felt like a private beach and steps away from the building. Our linen service was there when we got there and well worth the $. Parking was easy and convenient. We had a lovely stay. Thank you! ☀️

We had great time at Kelly’s place, it’s right by the beach, although it’s bit far from the boardwalk, it’s also far from the noise, there are plenty restaurants nearby. Kelly is a great host, very responsive.

We love the place and will be booking again very soon., only one little issue - the lights took a little time to figure out what switch goes with what lights and some didn't go with any...but we didn't care we loved it

Loved this place! The accommodations were great - plenty of beds and seating at dining table and living area. It was really nice having the balcony space, beautiful updated kitchen, comfortable king bed. Having beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were a plus. Close to the beach and proximity to so many other things in midtown OC makes this an ideal location. Kelly was quick to respond and super helpful with information. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. More space than the pictures let on. Kelly had beach chairs, a beach wagon, and umbrella available to take with us. which was great since we came with young kids. So we didn't have to pack as much for our trip. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy and not under a garage, so you can take a rooftop carrier. We were sad to leave and would love to come back!

My kids loved the bunkbeds and the refrigerator with ice and the extra bed the tvs everywhere and there were movies for the kids, easy access to the beach there were also extra chairs for the beach . we loved staying in this condo great views. Many thank Kelly.
