Outside, the waterfront deck is the perfect place to relax, whether you're soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or watching the boats go by. With attractions like pristine beaches, vibrant boardwalks, and seafood restaurants just minutes away, you’ll have easy access to everything North Ocean City has to offer.
To keep cleaning costs low, we ask that you bring your own linens. For your convenience, we offer a $75 linen drop-off service, which includes sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bathmats. Please return linens in the provided bag at the end of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!

Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend - we had a mid-week tournament at Northside Park and booked last minute for two nights. This was a perfect condo for our needs (2 teenage boys and 2 sets of parents) and the location was great. 2 minute walk to Food Lion and Green Turtle, easy walk also to mini golf, shops, restaurants and the beach; 1 mile from Northside Park so it was a long walk or a really quick drive. Condo was well appointed, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The space was comfortable for everyone and the deck and dock for fishing were added bonuses. Communication was great - Kelly and Tim were extremely responsive. Note to anyone booking on AirBNB - the app will direct you to condo A, but it really is condo D, and we did not get the code for the lock at 8am as indicated; Tim was on it right away once I reached out, but recommend proactively reaching out if you don't get the check in email.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bayside condo! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath layout was perfect for our group—plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The condo was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the bayside views—they were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the living area was cozy and comfortable for movie nights. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in was seamless and communication with the host was easy and responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the bay!

Beautiful view! Great location! House was perfect for a quick end of week getaway with friends. Spacious, clean and modern. Walk to pool/gym on site. Only hiccup is having to pay additional for linens when others provide them free. All in all a great stay! Highly recommend!
